These people DON'T fly over the country to ump these games. VT will see many of the same umps at home on regular basis. Same for all teams in the league. My daughter got to know the zones of several umps real well. She and her catcher (who like at VT) called the game knew where to pitch it to get the call. Same applies to leaping.
